Meghan enjoys working with all
levels, from beginner to
advanced, while using a variety
of training methods.  Some of
these methods range from a
regular lesson program &
concentrated training programs.
She is currently riding with
Jennifer Williams, while
continuing to clinic with Janet
Brown-Foy and Christian
Garweg. Other instruction with
Kari McClain, Jill Seely, Conrad
Schumacher, and  Steffen Peters.
Meghan's dressage career
started  when she was 10 years
old. During these early years, she
earned many USDF awards and
won Northwest Junior First
Level Championship.  After
moving up the levels it wasn't
until she got Rock- Poet that she
won their first USDF Regional
Championship at 3rd Level.
Another achievement was being
able to train for 4 months in
Germany with Christian Garweg,
in which she bases her training
techniques.

Meghan's training programs focuses on the correct training of both
horse and rider. Especially understanding how important it is to
train each horse & rider based on their physical and mental
capabilities.  The horse's health and well being as an individual is
her number one priority.  Her programs produce horses with very
solid training and students who know how to ride correctly
handling a variety of training situations.  All her students learn to
'really' ride and work their horses in-and-out of the show arena.
How Meghan's students warm-up their horses is the first step to a
successful show experience.
Meghan is dedicated to always improving herself and becoming the
best rider, teacher and trainer possible.  She is a USDF Bronze
and Silver Medalist and a successful FEI competitor with her self-
trained horse, Rock Poet.  She currently competes several of her
own horses and horses owned by clients.  Meghan has successfully
trained students and horses to Third Level and has competed her
self-trained horse through Prix St. George and is schooling
Intermediate-1 with him.
